President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa met with President of Hungary Katalin Novák and discussed bilateral cooperation and some international issues on the sidelines of the World Climate Action Summit (WCAS) of the United Nations Climate Change Conference – COP 28 in Dubai on December 2, Montsame reports.
The Presidents expressed satisfaction with the frequency of high and the highest level dialogues between Mongolia and Hungary and actively developed relations and cooperation between the two countries.
The sides exchanged views on opportunities to further expand cooperation through the implementation of interconnected goals included in the development policies of the two countries.
The parties affirmed commitment to cooperate in contributing to efforts to address challenges facing the international community, such as climate change, desertification, and soil degradation.
Mongolian President Khurelsukh extended an invitation to Hungarian President Katalin Novák to participate in the World Conference of Women Leaders, which will take place in Ulaanbaatar next year.
